Asset Recovery Solutions ("ARS", "we", "us") is a non-governmental consultation service that assists victims of financial fraud. We are not a law firm, bank, or financial institution. Our role is to guide and support you through the recovery process.
2. Our Services Are Free to Start
Creating an account and submitting a case is completely free. We operate on a success-fee model — we only charge a recovery fee after funds have been successfully recovered on your behalf. We will never ask for upfront payment to open or review your case.
3. What You're Agreeing To
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree to cooperate with our team honestly and understand that recovery outcomes are not guaranteed — timelines vary depending on case complexity.
4. Recovery Charges
When funds are recovered and shown in your dashboard, a recovery charge applies before withdrawal. This is paid separately — it is never deducted from your recovered balance. The percentage is shown clearly at all times and you confirm the exact amount before paying anything.
5. No Guarantees
We do our absolute best for every client, but we cannot guarantee recovery in every case. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including actions of third parties, financial institutions, and legal jurisdictions. We will always be honest with you about your case prospects.
6. Your Account
Keep your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts providing false information or misusing the platform.
7. Fraud Warning
We will never ask you to pay via gift cards or wire transfers to individuals outside your secure portal. If anyone contacts you claiming to be ARS and requests payment outside the dashboard, report it immediately — it is not us.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If anything significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
